Combined Spectral Response/QE/IPCE and I-V Curve Measurement System

This test station combines a solar cell I-V tester with a spectral response measurement system.

The two systems share a sample mounting stage, contacting system, and computer—reducing system cost.

Cells need to be mounted only once for both quantum efficiency and current-voltage measurements, however these measurements can not be made simultaneously.
