Launched in 1999, PV Measurements, Inc. provides performance characterization instrumentation, such as QE and  I-V measurement systems for solar cells and modules. Halden Field, the company's leader and founder, has worked in the photovoltaics field for over 20 years, focusing on performance characterization for over 17 years.
